How To Install Window Films In Your Home?

Most of the companies sell anti shatter film for windows. Although they sell good quality products, but many of them only supply it; they do not provide the installation services. So, it is advisable for everyone to learn the installation process.

Whether a coloured window film or a simple one, it is not too difficult to install them. All you need to do is execute some of the easy to follow steps. Here is the complete procedure consisting of a few easy steps.

• Once you have selected the windows to tint and the films, the first step is to prepare the windows for tinting. Remove the dirt and the dust and wipe it off to make it as neat as possible.

• Once you have cleaned it, you need to take out the tape from the box, cut it out and apply it on the window. Start applying from the tape and then rub it down by applying the pressure using a cloth or a paper.

• Once you have applied the tape, you need to think how you will apply the film to it. Unfold the roll of the film a little along the width of the window. Do it systematically as it is slightly tough to unfold the sticky tint out of the roll.

• Now bring down the film from top to bottom in such a way that it gets attached to the window. Do unfold a few inches of film, peeling of the tape a little and sticking the film over it.

• Once you reach down and cover the entire window, trim of off the extra inches.

• Shrink it off and remove the wrinkles with the help of hair dryer.
